GROUNDED XXIV: editing the records accuracy

There was a story of a groundskeeper
Who wrestled with the medical condition
Of his heart being colder than an ice berg
He was once the cause of a man’s tears
That watered the seeds that were
Just planted in the fresh soil
As the two men observed the slow smooth
And solemn departure of the nice hearse
The poor man was in search of guidance
And following the ceremony
He didn’t think he could ever hear the right verse
As the tears hit the dirt
Their shoes became muddy and the man
Needed a different soap that might work
The groundskeeper offered to light a candle
In honour in keeping the truth of
How the littlest of lights work
